Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens

In 1995, the artist, André Heller had the Swarovski Crystal Worlds park built to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Swarovski - who was instrumental to the production of crystal glass. It was erected at the company’s headquarters in Wattens.
Together with other famous artists, such as Brian Eno, Susanne Schmögner, Paul Seide, for example, André Heller created a magical world of illusion and glitter, including the Chambers of Wonder, built inside a water-spouting giant. Since then, the Swarovski Crystal Worlds have become one of Austria’s biggest tourist attractions. The Chambers of Wonder were enhanced in 2003 to include seven further chambers, which were created by a team of artists including Fabrizio Plessi, Thomas Feuerstein, Hans Magnus Enzensberger and Roland Neuwirth.
