Inn Cycle Path

From Engadine to Tyrol in 7 days / 6 nights from 619,- €
Inn Cycle Path

An artist would probably need weeks on this tour along the Inn Cycle Path, so multifaceted are the impressions left on the senses, so impressive are the panoramas in the picturesque Engadine villages such as Zernez, Susch or Lavin, the wide high valley of Upper Engadine, the extensive wooded regions of the Swiss National Park. Then the scenery suddenly changes: welcome to Tyrol! Here you will be able to enjoy the conviviality of the people. This tour along the Inn Cycle Path requires a certain level of fitness.

Day 1 Arrival in St. Moritz

St. Moritz

Individual arrival in the well-known holiday town. It is also possible to arrive in Innsbruck and then be transferred to St. Moritz. The small town with a long tradition offers visitors an incredible number of attractions and sights and is of course famous for its scenery. If rental bikes have been reserved they will be available for collection at your hotel.
Overnight stay in St. Moritz

Day 2 St. Moritz - Zernez, approx. 35 km

The first leg of the journey along the Inn Cycle Path leads you through the high mountain valley of Upper Engadine. In La Punt the old farmers’ and patrician houses will impress you. Zuoz is not only regarded as the most beautiful village in Engadine, but here you will also find the highest coffee roasting establishment in Europe. Your destination for the day is the town of Zernez, the gateway to the Swiss National Park, which is home to all the animals of the Alps from the Alpen Ibex to the bearded vulture.
Overnight stay in Zernez

Day 3 Zernez - Scuol, approx. 35 km

Guarda

The tour leads you on through Engadine. Names such as Lavin, Guarda or Ftan point to the fact that the language of the region is Rhaeto-Romanic. Many of the signposts are protected and are popular postcard motifs. In the Bogn Engiadina adventure pool you will be able to forget about the strains of the day.
Overnight stay in Scuol

Day 4 Scuol - Ried/Prutz, approx. 55 km

Finstermünzer Ravine

Shortly after starting out you will come to the town of Martina and cross over onto Austrian soil. Stuben and Pfunds are well-preserved towns, the 10 km long Finstermünzer Ravine which the Inn cuts into the Upper Inn Valley is also worth a visit.
Overnight stay in Ried/Prutz

Day 5 Ried/Prutz - Imst, approx. 40 km

Landeck

Today you will continue cycling at a comfortable pace towards Landeck. The imposing castle points to the former importance of the town in the control of trade routes. Due to its elevated position, Kronburg castle can be seen from afar and is not only a fortress but also a popular place of Marian Pilgrimage.
Overnight stay in Imst

Day 6 Imst - Innsbruck, approx. 65 km

The last leg of your tour leads you through another impressive landscape towards Stams. Here you can visit the Cistercian Monastery and in Telfs you will find the Peace Bell which weighs over 10 tonnes and rings every day at 5 pm. Soon you will come to the capital town of Tyrol, which offers visitors numerous attractions including the Golden Roof.
Overnight stay in Innsbruck
